The Chiefs taking apart a pretty bad Falcons team in 1985. The Chiefs in the mid and early 1980s, were good enough offensively to put up a lot of points a yards.This 1977 Falcons-Bears matchup is actually very good. The Falcons had one of the best defenses in the NFL with their Grits Blitz. The Bears had a great running game and big play passing game. Vin Scully with the call of the game for CBS Sports.If Lebron James is saying that he's the best player in the history of the NBA, post-Tim Duncan and Kobe Bryant, then I agree with him. He's the best player in perhaps the weakest era of NBA basketball, when even the All Star Game is no longer on broadcast TV.When the Packers were healthy in the early and mid 1980s, they were about as good as any other team in the NFL on offense. They could pass and run, put up a lot of yards and points. Which is what they did against the Falcons at Atlanta Fulton Stadium.When Democrats (especially left-wing Democrats) get out and bother to vote, good things tend to happen.I still miss hearing Witney Houston's voice and see her gorgeous baby face.Follow Me on Facebook
