“Mistakes are your best assets. They hone your skills and develop your creativity. Don’t be afraid to make them, the more the merrier.” From Barry Kibrick Eric Metaxas the right-wing author and radio talk show host, once said when he was talking about one of his books and I’m paraphrasing: “We’re all a bunch a screw […]

- Cathryn Paradise: "Trying to get her leather pants to fit."Alan Seader: "People forget She has one of Hollywoods Highest, IQ's."This is not only one of the most famous scenes in Hannie Caulder (1971) but it's one of the most famous scenes in Raquel Welch's career, with her taking a bath in that film. The Lizard King Jim Morrison would've loved the brown leather jeans that Raquel wore in this film.Part of the cast from Burt Kennedy's Hannie Caulder. Actually, just the bad guys and the red-hot Raquel Welch.Saw Hannie Caulder a few weeks ago, again. I don't think it's a great movie, but I think Raquel Welch is great in it and plays the female badass character perfectly. And besides, I love Robert Culp and she's a Goddess, so there's plenty of reasons for me to watch it.Watching ABC's Vegas on @H&I. Robert Urich's 1st private eye show before Spenser For Hire.

Associated Press: Texas Senate Passes New Abortion Restrictions: Big Government on The Rise in Texas
Texas taking a stand for big government and involving big government into the lives of women’s health care in Texas. I’m not pro-abortion as much as the Religious-Right might want to label people who are pro-choice as pro-abortion. And I hate that term pro-abortion, because it doesn’t exist. There aren’t people who are pro-abortion. What I am is pro-choice and pro-choice generally and not just as it relates to abortion. But I’m in favor of individual choice and freedom broadly as long as people aren’t hurting innocent people. People being those of us who’ve been born and not waiting to be born. Now I do not want to be forced to pay for someone else’s abortions and I’m not in favor of public funding of abortion. We do not have a constitutional right to that. But we do have the right to privacy and the freedom to live our own lives and govern ourselves. Not other people, but govern ourselves which is why this Texas abortion law will be ruled unconstitutional as inconsistent with Roe V. Wade.
