Barry Kibrick: ‘Love Your Mistakes’
“Mistakes are your best assets. They hone your skills and develop your creativity. Don’t be afraid to make them, the more the merrier.” From Barry Kibrick Eric Metaxas the right-wing author and radio talk show host, once said when he was talking about one of his books and I’m paraphrasing: “We’re all a bunch a screw […]

The 1977 Saints were 3-11, but had real talent on offense, with QB Archie Manning, RB's Chuck Muncie and Tony Galbraith and TE Henry Childs. Hank Stram was their head coach, Dick Nolan and Sam Rutigliano were also on that coaching staff. Gary Bender was one of my favorites play by play announcers growing up and still is. He had a great voice, knew his sports, did his homework, and had a good sense of humor. Good game at Busch Memorial Stadium.Anyone whose still angry about the SCOTUS Roe V. Wade decision, needs to know and remember one thing. Elections have consequences. If Hillary Clinton wins the presidency in 2016, Democrats probably win back the Senate that year as well, with all the Democrats who didn't bother to vote at all, or who voted for a Far-Left candidate, would've turned out and voted for her and the Democratic candidates running for Senate that year.Whitney Houston certainly had a Hall of Fame and Super Bowl face and voice. Just wish she were still alive today. If this Cardinals-Jets game at Shea Stadium doesn't look like a mismatch on paper, I don't know what does look like a mismatch. I mean 11-3 vs 3-11, as far as their records that year.Len Bias is still the best basketball player in Maryland Terrapins history, perhaps even in ACC basketball history. Could you imagine had he not died early, the Celtics with Len Bias and Reggie Lewis, both playing with Larry Bird? They would've still been contending for and even winning NBA championships in the 1990s. Perhaps the Detroit Pistons don't repeat. Maybe Michael Jordan and the Bulls don't win their championships in the early 90s.Gorgeous Baby Jaclyn Smith. Seems too cute to also be this beautiful.Follow Me on Facebook
