Opponent of The War on Drugs

Just another example of how mainstream marijuana legalization has become in America. To have some as powerful in Congress as Senator Pat Leahy the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee, come out in favor of allowing the states to decide for themselves whether to legalize marijuana or not and announce that his committee will hold hearings on this when Congress comes back from recess in September, is just another indication of how much support the so-called War on Drugs has lost. And that Americans are looking for a new approach in how we deal with narcotics in America.
